Overview

Our refund and returns policy is that all returns must be pre-arranged and are subject to a re-stocking fee.

If part was shipped by Canada Post, that shipping charge was paid by customer, so lost to customer.  It will not be refunded by us.  

There are absolutely no returns after 30 days.

Any warranty claim is limited to the value of the original invoice.

Under no circumstances are we responsible for consequential damages.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are perishable, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as those missing parts or hardware.

We only issue credits and those must be used within 6 months of receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges unless determined at the time of refund request.
